§ 10-104. Hours of sale.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell malt beverages, fortified wine or unfortified wine as defined by state law after 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., and all such beverages shall not be consumed on the licensed premises after 1:30 a.m.; provided, however, that during the period commencing on the last Sunday of April of each year and ending on the last Sunday of October of each year, these beverages may be sold until 2:00 a.m., and may be consumed on the licensed premises until 2:30 a.m.
