§ 19-2. Administration; enforcement.

The administration of the provisions of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the department of public works. It shall be the duty of the sanitation division, police officer or other public official to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter and to make any and all inspections necessary to determine whether or not the provisions of this chapter are being met.
